FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Tucson Citizen Article: Drive Thru Designs Sponsors Student Internship
For the past 4 months, Drive Thru Designs, Inc. was a sponsor company for a BASIS Tucson High School internship. During this inaugural year for the BASIS school, our first intern was Sean Maisch, a very talented graphic/web designer, photographer, and student who will be attending Savannah College of Art in Georgia this fall. Rick Breslin, founder and CEO of Drive Thru Designs, comments on the internship (excerpt from the May, 22, 2005 article):
"This school required a detailed syllabus, and the internship was really successful because of that," he said. "The company really benefited from Sean. The work he did for us is 'live' and being used by our clients. And the tutorials he did saved us a lot of training for our clients."
In addition to providing valuable resources for our clients, Sean also helped Drive Thru get closer to launching our new "RockSites" product line: Plug-and-Play web sites for bands, musicians, and artists who need an inexpensive online presence. The product line is expected to launch this summer.
For more on Sean Maisch, you can visit his site at: www.SeanMaisch.com.
